Inspirational Friends is an online community for those interested in mind body spirit subjects.
We aim to create links between people across the globe through our forum, where you can exchange ideas and information on various topics.
MIND In our MIND section we look at the power of the mind and how we can manifest what we want in our lives as well as conditions such as depression and the various therapies available to help.
BODY In our BODY section you can find out about many complementary therapies, specific conditions and other health issues.
SPIRIT In our SPIRIT section we present information on various spiritual beliefs, as well as channelings and astrology.
EVENTS In our EVENTS section you can access information about fairs, exhibitions, workshops, regular classes, reiki shares, local groups, holidays and retreats. At the moment most of this information is UK based, but we do include overseas retreats, holidays and larger events. We also hope to add a US version of this site later in the year.
RESOURCES You can also visit our Resource Centre to read our on line articles and poems and to find out about recommended books and music.

WOKINGHAM AREA EVENTS We are located in Wokingham, Berkshire and we run our own local events in the Wokingham area. You can find out about these by visiting our IF Events page and about joining our local group here. Membership of the local group means that you pay a reduced fee for all our events.
